I had the pleasure of attending the 2019 Food Safety Consortium from October 1st-3rd in Schaumburg, IL. There I shared new findings from research with Daemyung Lee (NCSU Ph.D Candidate) regarding the effect of FDA food recalls on stock prices of food industry firms.
